Learning Beyond Paper Sales Job Description:

Learning Beyond Paper’s mission is to address the severe gap in affordable, high-quality, 21st-century curricula with online solutions that support and promote the success of today’s teachers.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic educational sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects through outbound calling. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability in your assigned sales territory.

Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST


  • Reach out to prospects through outbound calls and email
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Manage the prospecting, scheduling, and communication around new demos booked
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Achieve performance goals set monthly, quarterly, annually
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Candidates must be willing and able to travel for in-person events/conferences as needed


  • Proven track record of growth and account retention
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, TEAMS, Outlook) and Google Drive
  • Experience with Sales CRMS, like Salesforce
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Strong decision-making, problem solving, and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Works well in a team-based environment and is open to feedback
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00 per hour
